Dom Narodowy Polski Apartments is also known in Chicopee as The Polish Homes. The property includes two attached brick buildings with elevator access located in downtown Chicopee. The original building dates to 1910; a new construction building adjoins.

Building services include a secure lobby, a laundry, community room and sitting area. A landscaped interior courtyard with gazebo offers outdoor respite in warmer weather.
 
An on-site Resident Services Coordinator assists tenants with access to medical and social assistance as well as recreational programming. Rent subsidies are provided to all tenants with qualifying incomes, and heat and hot water costs are included in the rent.
